How do I install the Microsoft Outlook mobile app on an iPhone or iPad?

Install the Microsoft Outlook mobile app on an iPhone or iPad to access your UNCSA email. 

1. On your iOS device, open the App Store and search for Microsoft Outlook
2. Tap the "Get" button
3. Once the app is installed tap the "Open" button
4. Click on "Add Account"
5. Enter your UNCSA email address.
6. Click on "Add Account"
7. You will be prompted to authenticate.
8. Click on "Open Authenticator" or enter a verification code.
9. You may be prompted to enter your UNCSA password.
10. Click on "Maybe Later".
11. You will be taken to your Inbox where you can configure the Outlook app
12. If you want Outlook to be your default mail app open the Settings app and navigate to:
    1. Outlook
    2. Default Mail App
    3. Choose Outlook

If you continue to have issues setting up your email please ensure to turn your device off and turn it back on.
