Configure Network Settings
  1. After selecting UNCSA-Secure7 network, you will be prompted with a screen that asks for network information.

  2. The following are fields that you may need to change or update:
    1. CA Certificate
      • Verify that your CA certificate preferences indicate "Use system certificates".
    2. Online Certificate status
      • Verify the option "Do not validate" is selected.
    3.  Domain
      • In this field type in uncsa.edu
    4.  Identity
      • This is your full UNCSA email address. For example, doej@uncsa.edu or doe.j@artist.uncsa.edu
    5. Password
      • This is your current UNCSA password (the same password that you use for logging in to your email and/or work-computer).
  3. After inputting all the information, tap the Connect or Save button, and your phone should automatically begin accessing the network.
  4. If the connection was successful, the Wi-Fi network will indicate itself as connected and you should be able to browse the web.

Reminder: If you change your UNCSA password, you will need to update the password for this network in order to re-establish a network connection and prevent account lock outs.

If your device reports that it has successfully connected to the wireless network but you still cannot access the Internet, please contact 336-770-3300 for further assistance.
