Body
UNCSA's AUX Network is offered as a convenience to residential students; UNCSA's Technology Support department does not provide support for gaming consoles and smart devices.
- Not all gaming consoles or smart devices are capable of connecting to UNCSA's networks.
- Some game features may not work well on the wireless network due to the differences between home and enterprise network.
- Smart TVs, gaming consoles, Apple TVs, Roku devices or any device that cannot authenticate using WPA Enterprise, should connect to the AUX-NETWORK wireless network.

- Once you know the MAC address, click the "Add" button from the "Manage Devices" page.
- Complete the fields in the "Add Device" form as shown in the image below and click "Submit"
- From the device you've just added/registered (smart TV, Roku, Apple TV, etc.), navigate to the AUX-NETWORK and connect. The device should now automatically connect to the Internet without you having to enter anything on the device itself.
- Note: You can add up to 10 wireless/wi-fi MAC addresses to your portal for regular access to the AUX-NETWORK. These can be updated or changed at any time.
If you are unable to connect your device to the AUX-Network after completing the above steps, please sign in to submit a ticket. |
