How do I loan IT equipment from Technology Support?

Faculty and staff may request to loan IT equipment such as laptop, projector, tablet, etc. Requests require Technology Support approval and the expense of any damaged or non-returned equipment will be charged to the requesting department. Loan of equipment is based on availability, not all requests may be fulfilled. Loaned equipment must be returned within 30 calendar days of pickup unless given previous approval by the CIO or Director of Client Services.

IT loaner equipment includes:

  • Laptops (Windows and Macs)
  • Docking Stations (Dell USB-C connection)
  • Power Adapters
  • Display Cables
  • USB-C and USB-A adapters
  • Hotspots
  • Projectors

To make a request:

  1. Submit a loan request ticket from Technology Support's ticket portal
  2. Complete the form sections
  3. Once you have entered the necessary information, click Submit to make your Loan Request ticket.
  4. Once you have created your ticket, it will be reviewed by Technology Support.
  5. You will notified if your approval has been approved or denied.
  6. If your request has been approved, you will be notified when it is ready for pick up.
